Sponsors were looking for new ways to participate in Microsoft events. Sales teams needed compelling opportunities they could explain and sell. Delivery teams needed products with clear requirements and realistic execution plans.

An interesting idea wasn’t enough. It needed to become a defined, repeatable offering.

My role

My role

I worked across creative, sponsorship sales, and event operations to shape concepts into products people could sell and deliver.

That meant defining what the sponsor receives, what production requires, what can be customized, and how each offer moves from sale to delivery. Sales and event teams needed that detail to do their jobs.

The approach

The approach

Connect the creative opportunity to the business model.

Define what the sponsor receives, how the experience works, what can be customized, what production requires, and how the product moves from sale to delivery.

Sales teams needed to explain the offer clearly. Sponsors needed to know what they were buying, and event teams needed to know how to deliver it.

The result

The result

New sponsorship concepts began moving from interesting ideas to defined offerings. Sales, sponsors, and event teams had clearer expectations, and the delivered experience was more closely tied to the original concept.

A good idea isn’t a product until people can sell it and deliver it.
